Staff Facilities

Rajkot Milk Union always tried its level best to extend all possible facilities for the welfare of the employees and few of them are as under:

Dearness and House rent allowances are given as per the norms of the Government of Gujarat. In addition, Milk Union pays other benefits like P.F., EDLI Pension, ESIC, Gratuity, LTA, & Bonus to all eligible employees as per set rules.

Festival Holidays, Weekly Offs and additional leaves are given as per State Governments schedule & agreement with Employees' Union.

Uniform, shoes including safety shoes, woolen jackets and water - proof suits are given to eligible employees as per laid down rules of the Milk Union.

Interest free food advance of Rs. 10000.00 and festival advance of Rs. 3000.00 per annum are given by the Milk Union.

Group Insurance package of Rs. 3,00,000/- is paid against medical expenses for hospitalization, operation and Group personal acident sum insured of Rs. 500000 per person.

Facility like LTC is given for 6000 kms. ( Tor& Fro ) after completion of 4 years service with the Milk Union.
