Training & Participation in Conferences/ Symposiums/ Workshops

• For Rajkot Milk Union training of technicians, supervisors, officers to learn new things, day to day improvements/ progress in all functional areas is not a new approach.
• Concerned employees / persons are regularly exposed to recent modifications / changes with the advancement of technologies , methods etc.
• New recruits at any level irrespective of cadre/ position are formally exposed/oriented to the different activities of the Union and working system.
• Eligible officers/ staff members are sent for training/ orientation in well known institutions / organizations like IIM, VAMNICOM, NDDB, GCMMF, AMA, IRMA etc.
• Participation of officers in conferences, symposiums & workshops is a regular process for the Milk Union. Even Board Members of the Milk Union attend the Annual Dairy Industry Conferences organized by the Indian Dairy Association.
